There’s something about shorts (or bare legs in general for that matters) and booties paired together that makes me feel laid back and maybe a little festival chic (if I’m honest). What I really want to say is that it makes me feel cool, but I don’t know if I could ever seriously say that about myself (or in general…given the fact that I’m a living, walking HOT MESS/mega goof ball. aka NOT cool at all).

But even still, I’m down for the combo – it ‘says’ laid back, relaxed and I woke up like this. Translation: I don’t really care but I effortlessly put this together. ha.
