When it comes to fall pieces, I do what I can to ensure that each piece I own is super versatile. I feel like it’s not as easy or practical during the summer, but Fall lends itself to so much more flexibility and (for me personally) creativity. In short, I enjoy and continue to challenge myself to do more with less. It’s fun to see how many different ways I can style something.
I’m emphasizing this habit of doing-more-with-less on BTD via my fall basics (Round One & Two) posts I’ve featured recently. And today I’m featuring a tank that I’ve been able to layer and style in several different ways – such a great find!
I’m excited to be teaming up with Nasty Gal for today’s post to style this simple black tank from DAY to NIGHT. Let me know your thoughts and which look is your favorite?!

Speaking of obsessions over on the Nasty Gal website, I also LOVE this oversized chambray (slash I’m considering buying this for myself because my chambray isn’t as laid-back looking…and I love how oversized this one is!) And I want to try these ‘boyfriend’ style jeans but I feel like I have too many similar pairs at the moment (ha!). Lastly, I think this coat is SO pretty and it’s under $150 – love the grey color of it.
