Not gonna lie, I was sweating like CRAZY when we were taking these photos (TMI?). Whoooof! it was a hot morning – and it wasn’t even the heat of the day yet! I think it was only like 10 AM, which is pretty sad and scary at the same time. Because it’s only going to get HOTTER. I don’t think I’m ready for the Texas heat but ready or not, here it comes! Eeek!

But speaking of rising temps, the best part about this dress is how light it is. To be honest, I thought it would maybe be see through when I first picked it up. But after trying it on, I was surprised to see that it’s not see through at all (but I did have on nude under stuff). It’s a perfect throw on for running errands and could easily be transitioned for dinner – might also be cute with a denim jacket! And of course, it would be cute as a swim coverup too 🙂
