Well, I don’t really have to worry about dressing for the “corporate world” anymore since I’ve recently quit my public accounting job (thank goodness!). But I actually took these photos over a month ago when I was still auditing my days away. But anyway, I still love the ready-for-work look and don’t plan on losing my corporate flair for style!

Jazz up your work outfit by pairing unexpected textures/materials such as elegant silk with leather or python prints/looks with pastel hues and soft suede. bySMITH is one of my absolute favorite designers when it comes to the appropriate-yet-still-fun-with-a-little-bit-of-a-party (yet not quite a full-on-party like these beauties here and here) skirt! I love how Smith brings back this classic silhouette each season with new and fun prints and colors – remember this pretty turquoise color form a year or so ago?! I cannot WAIT to show you what she has planned for summer!! Stay tuned!

And back to the quitting-my-job topic – I thought it would be fun to celebrate this big move in my life with a walk down memory lane.
