For some reason, I’ve been wearing these babies thin lately! I’ve been sporting my (faux) leather skinnies with anything and everything I can get away with (well, I realize this is debatable!), but mostly paired with untucked blouses and layered cardigans. There’s just something about leggings and a “shirt” (but really I’m referring to a tee-shirt here) that makes me feel all cozy, comfy, and cute! Know what I mean? So, I’ve been doing what I can to try and pull off the leggings-as-pants (faux pas? I think NOT) as much as possible. The key to attempting to get getting away with this sneaky little luxury (of comfort, of course!) is to make sure that you wear a relatively nicer-looking blouse that’s just long enough to cover the we-don’t-want-to-see-that area. And for good measure, it’s usually a strategic and smart idea to throw on a shrug, blazer, or something to “bulk” up the look. Ok, so…thoughts?!
