I like to keep things pretty budget-friendly (well, for the most part) when it comes to everyday wear, but I definitely believe in investing in a good-looking (and good-quality) handbag, pair of shoes…plus other accessories. So I’m always excited to hear and learn about new accessory brands – especially, European-made luxury ones!
This past week I was introduced to an up-and-coming handbag company, Moreau Paris. They’ve actually been around since 1882 (wow!) in Europe, but they’re just now making their debut in the states. And yhey’ve got an exciting expansion plan to roll out stores all over the country within the next 10 years. So be on the lookout – this won’t be the last time you’ll hear about it (or see them for that matter!).
A few other Dallas-based bloggers and I ventured over to San Francisco to meet the Moreau team and get a tour of the newly opened storefront in the city.
We left SUPER early Tuesday morning and so (because of the time difference), we were able to have a pretty FULL day in San Francisco that day. After getting settled, we went to lunch at The Slanted Door (OMG SO GOOD y’all – and a great view too!) then back to change before heading out to visit the Moreau store.

The photos of the store don’t really do it justice – but you can get a glimpse at how beautiful the interior and details of the SF store are from them. I love the ‘Moreau blue” walls and attention to detail within the store – everything is styled to point. It took each of us FOREVER to pick out our favorite bag because y’all – there were SO MANY pretty ones! You might have seen me going total heart-eyes-mode on instagram stories over a few of them?!

It was a pretty short trip (Tuesday to Thursday), but we covered a lot of ground. In addition to touring the store, we were tourists for a bit and made the (over) 10 mile trek to ride bikes over the Golden Gate Bridge on Wednesday.
Since we were all over the place and the weather kept changing, I had to make sure my outfit was ready for a variety of different temperatures. I’m telling you, I think we were feeling temps from a range of about 20 degrees – depending on where we were in relation to the bay. It was pretty cold (and super misty) while going over the bride, so I had all my layers on. But then when we were riding around (away from the bay), the sun was beating down and it was HOT. Anyway, my outfit had to be fit for change 🙂
Outfit Details: Levi’s Denim Jacket (similar here and here) // Calvin Klein sweatshirt (sold out – might still be available here) // high-waisted leggings // Adidas Stan Smith sneakers // Ray Ban Sunglasses
Outfit Details: Endless Rose Tiered Ruffle Sleeve Top // Uniqlo Distressed Jeans // Ray-Ban Hughstreet Sunglasses // Ashley Cole Slip On Flats // Moreau Zip Tote (not sold online – like other luxury brands, you can only buy in store! Let me know if you’re interested and I can help you get more information).
After a full day of riding bikes over the bridge into Sausalito – and having lunch there – and then visiting some fun furniture stores back in San Francisco, we had drinks by the Ferry followed by dinner at Kokkari. I think Kokkari came highly recommended by locals and I totally see why – it was AMAZING. It’s a Greek restaurant and the food was to die for. We of course got the hummus (there were like 6 different kinds that came with the platter) and it was SO YUMMY.
