I’m such a sucker for stripes. Any day. Any time. Any season and in (almost) any color. And when I came across this CeCe by Cynthia Steffe dress a few weeks back, I knew it would be the perfect little addition to my sundress collection. I always see nautical-inspired navy and white stripes but rarely do I come across royal blue stripes – or is it just me?!
