I’ve noticed that each Fall season, there seem to be a few sweaters that I end up wearing on R E P E A T. Either because they’re the most comfortable, easiest to style, or just really really cute. Whatever the case, I’ve also found that these sweaters are usually the simplest and most basic too – but I guess that makes sense when you think about it 😉 Even if I buy a bunch of on-trend things, I’ve found that I STILL resort to the basics and end up rotating through my 3-5 MVP’s (ha!). I mentioned this one back in my favorite Fall purchases blog post a few weeks ago, but now that I’ve been able to really get my money’s worth from this one I wanted to mention it again!
Anyway, all that to say, this season I’ve found one of my MVPs that will for sure be on rotation all season – this oatmeal colored sweater right here (and keep reading/scrolling to see it in outfits!). It’s one I picked up at Nordstrom (go figure!) for under $50 and it has been such a WIN for me! I’ve already styled it multiple ways and shared it in a few of my outfits on instagram. But I wanted to dedicate a blog post to it as well because it’s such a good one and the price is spot on too.
I wore it one night while in Florence to grab drinks on a rooftop with views of the Arno river and the entire city of Florence. Speaking of, check out my Florence recs here!

And then I also paired it with a neutral pinstripe silk skirt, a navy blazer and patent leather navy heels! I loved the silk with the sweater material here and how the outfit sported different textures (including the patent leather mix too!).

And lastly, I paired it with black jeans and the same brown booties from the first outfit (with white jeans!). There’s something SO versatile about an oatmeal sweater and I love how you can do SO MUCH with it!
Outfit Details: BP. V-neck Sweater // Wearing Mother “stunner” cut (more of a denim feel to them but still have stretch) but I also love the COH Rocket Black Jeans which have more of a legging feel to them if you prefer that! Both are high-waisted and great! // BP. Booties
Have I convinced you yet of how amazing this one is?! Haha if anything, I hope I gave you some outfit inspiration! Happy Friday friends – I hope you have a great weekend! xo, B
