I’ve got a thing for monochromatic looks. Pairing like/similar colors is not only easy, but it’s chic. The trick is doing it right. In my experience, I’ve found that pairing like colors with different textures usually always works. It’s when you try and pair similar colors in similar textures/fabrics where you run into issues – because then it’s almost like you need to have the same EXACT color/material (like a matching set or something…)
I think ice blue is a great neutral and anytime I see something I like in the hue, I’ll usually jump on it. It’s different than your typical neutrals, yet still subtle enough to go with just as much as your other neutral pieces. It’s interesting, unexpected and sleek – I love it (especially ice blue suede!) Oh, and I LOVE it with leather. What do you think?!
