Cauliflower Mash Recipe

Cauliflower mash

This cauliflower mash has become a staple for me and Duncan! We’ve made it with steak and other proteins and love the it’s a healthy option! After getting a few DMs from y’all about how to make it, I wanted to put together a very quick blog post! It’s so simple and so so yummy!

Ingredients:

2 cups chicken broth plus extra

2 heads of cauliflower

3-4 cloves garlic (or garlic squeeze)

Salt and pepper to taste

Parmesan and butter (optional)

Directions:

Place cauliflower and 2 cups chicken broth in pot. Let simmer on low heat for 2 hours, adding more broth when needed to keep cauliflower from burning.

After 2 hours of simmering, add in some minced garlic  or garlic paste. Then blend with immersion blender or in blender until chunky smooth.

Add salt and pepper plus Parmesan and butter (optional). Serve hot
