I wanted to put all my photos from Cancun into one blog post because I felt like yesterday’s BTD Weekly Instagram Roundup was getting a bit overloaded! Plus, with my personal rant on traveling at the beginning, it was just going to be WAY too much content for one blog post 🙂 So woohoo – I split it up! Here’s all my swimsuits + outfits from last week’s trip to Cancun with my roomie, Dani!
Let me know if you have any questions! Today, I’m hopping on a flight over to Vichy, France and I’m so excited! But I haven’t even started packing (AHHH) and a I have a photoshoot in 45 minutes so….gotta go! Hope y’all have a wonderful Tuesday! xo, B
I know it’s probably not the smartest idea to travel in all white, but I felt like it was fitting for my trip to Mexico because I was feeling ALL the spring vibes 🙂 Plus, I love how this top looked in an all white ensemble! I’ve been talking about my love for the top ALL month – are you sick of it yet? It’s the same one I’m wearing in baby blue that I featured in yesterday’s round-up too!
Outfit Details: Gibson Bell Sleeve Top // Paige White Jeans // Marc Fisher Platform Wedge // Calpak Marble Suitcase
Can you tell I have a serious thing for one-piece swimsuits? Honestly, I just prefer them over bikinis and feel so much more confident in them! This ons is a GREAT price and actually comes in a few other colors! I highly recommend it. I went up a size in this one, but I feel like it’s actually a little big so I would stick to your usual swim sizing. It’s super stretchy and VERY comfortable. The coverage (on the behind) is AMAZING (unlike some other suits of this style) and the back is SUPER cute! Oh, and there are adjustable straps! Here’s another shot of it where you can see more detailing (below)
Outfit Details: Becca One Piece Plunge (wearing size S, but wish I had XS because it fits TTS) // Hat Attack Small Round Handle Bag (can you tell I love this bag?!)
All hail the silk scarf! I freaking love this look and have been obsessed with trying to incorporate into my outfits recently – ever since jumping on the silk scarf bandwagon while packing for my trip to Paris. I was inspired by Parisian style and think I’m making the silk scarf now a go-to everyday accessory – which it never has been for me in the past!
Outfit Details: AG The Farrah High-Waist Skinny Jeans // Rebecca Minkoff Silk Bandana // Lush Blouson Bodysuit // Hat Attack Small Round Handle Bag
Gotta love a simple throw on dress like this one, right?! It’s actually been in my wardrobe for almost 2 years now and I love that Free People has now brought it back for 3 seasons! I have it in red too and love the fit, style, and detailing of it! It’s a GREAT dress for everyday wear or to dress up for for dinner (with wedges!) like I did here!
Outfit Details: Free People Victorian Dress // Hat Attack Small Round Bag
ALL THE HEART EYES for this peplum top y’all! It’s chambray, peplum, shoulder-flattering AND $39 which is like OMG WIN WIN WIN. Am I right!??
Outfit Details: BP. Peplum Top ($39) // Baublebar Sandbar Drop Earrings // Hat Attack Straw Bag // Steve Madden Carson Sandal
I included these photos back-to-back so you could see the front and back of this one piece swimsuit. Personally, I LOVE the detailing and love how it’s just the right balance of sexy, interesting, yet not-too-revealing all in one swimsuit. Plus, I love that it’s navy! And the braiding detailing is SO fun and special, I think.
Outfit Details: Swimsuit // Sonix Parker Sunglasses // Vanessa Mooney Tassel Earrings
J.O.A. Lace Up Stripe Blouse // Mother Skinny Jeans // Sole Society Flatform Espadrilles
I think this top will be on repeat once things start to heart up here in Dallas because – like the peplum top I featured above – it’s super easy to style and a simple throw on. Plus, I love tops that go in a little bit around the neck because they’re really flattering on your shoulders! Plus, this one is ALSO a GREAT price!
Outfit Details: Sun & Shadow Crochet Tank // Free People Cutoff Shorts // Oliver Peoples Remick Sunglasses
