I don’t know about your city, but over here in Dallas it has been raining (off and on) pretty much non-stop! Since I’ve had to put together so many outfits with my rain boots, I figured it would be the perfect opportunity to put together a round up addressing what to wear on a rainy day.
Rainy Day Outfits – Let’s Round ‘Em Up!
In this post you’ll find lots of rainy day outfits that will be sure to inspire your look the next time you wake up to a rainy day forecast. Hopefully, you’ll be ready to go and inspired for the next time it rains where you are!
1. Hot Pink Hunter Boots With An Easy Striped Dress
One of my favorite rainy day outfits is to pair my go-to hunter boots with an easy, fun striped shift dress – because you know how much I LOVE me some stripes! It’s a perfect outfit for those muggy April days where jeans are just way too hot. Add a little pop of color and you can still look cute while playing in the rain.
2. Raincoat with Jeans and Hunter Boots
Throw your favorite pair of rain boots over jeans and a tee and a water-resistant anorak Great for any rainy day, the right raincoat and pair of rain boots can make for a super cute run around town outfit. Throw on a stylish top and necklace to dress it up and you are ready to go for lunch with the girls.
3. Hot Pink Hunter boots with a skirt and oversized tee
For one of those muggy spring days, pair your bright colored rain boots with a denim skirt and a striped top. This is a great way to get away from the classic jeans and rain boots look and let you play around with pops of color!
4. Red Hunters With An Oversized Striped Tee and Jeans
This simple and casual rainy day outfit is great for those days when you just don’t feel like trying. Go for a striped tee and some jeans paired with rain boots to keep you looking put together. For a little extra warmth on the those chilly days layer a blanket scarf to keep warm in!
5. Hot Pink Hunter Boots With A Comfy Sweater Dress with a Puffer Vest
When it comes to cold or windy rainy days, I love to throw on a little shift dress and layer it with my favorite vest or scarf. In case your legs get cold you can even add those cute Hunter socks for a school girl look. The waterproof vest is a great addition if your watching out for light showers , no need to carry around your heavy raincoat.

6. Throw on Your Red Hunters With Your Denim Cutoffs
Spring rain calls for cutoff shorts and knee high rain boots. This killer combo will keep you dry and cool when it comes to those hot spring days. Add a simple baseball cap and you won’t have to worry about your hair in the humidity!
7. Baby Blue Hunter Boots with Leggings And A Comfy Cardigan
Like I said, the rain just kept on coming this past month and it’s actually still pouring as I type this! Anyway, I posted this to let you all know that they’re ON SALE and I just checked and as of right now (Sunday night) they’re still marked down!

8. With An Easy Breezy Swing Dress
If you’re still stumped when it comes to figuring out what to wear on a rainy day, you really can’t go wrong with this look. It doesn’t get easier than a swing dress – they’re probably the easiest and most comfortable things to wear EVER! I think I own about 4 of them but I’m not done collecting them yet because they really do come in handy and are so easy to throw on when you’ve got to get ready in a hurry!
9. Pair Your Red hunters With a Classic Trench Coat
On the days you forget your umbrella throw on a cute trench coat to keep you dry. A classic tan will pair with anything and the cinch waist will give you a flattering silhouette.
10. With a Swing Dress + Blanket Scarf
There’s something about swing dresses that makes them a perfect match with any pair of rain boots. The t-shirt material makes them easy to throw on and provides a breathable fabric that won’t get too hot.
