Remember how I said (in this post) I had FINALLY found the perfect white shirt?! Well, here it is again in this outfit (but styled a completely different way!). I’m telling you, you kinda NEED this white blouse. Not only is it slim-fitting (rather than boxy like most), but it’s just a tad bit longer SO it will actually STAY tucked in for work and/or cover your behind if you wear it untucked. I know right? The best!
Moving on from the shirt, let’s talk about this super comfy (it’s a little like scuba material but maybe mixed with sweatshirt-ish fabric?) long vest. Anytime I come across a chic looking vest or cardigan (without sleeves), I tend to always pick it up. There just something about a good vest that is incredibly versatile.
I guess it’s not really a mystery (or rather, doesn’t take a fashion genius to realize) that vests are easy to layer and can be worn over several different tops or under jackets to create interesting looks. For instance, I could also wear this vest over a cute shift dress to add something extra to an everyday look. Or I could wear this over a blouse and a mini skirt with sneakers possibly? And I think I could even think of about 3 more looks with it!
