Spring is coming! Okay so the first day of spring isn’t officially until March 20, but it’s supposed to be 75 degrees in Dallas today so I’m fully ready to bust out the bright and floral dresses. During the fall and winter months, I typically keep my wardrobe fairly neutral, so once spring hits, I love busting out lots of color.
Although I try to buy dresses that will last me from year to year, I do enjoy updating my wardrobe each spring with a few fresh pieces, and my go-to for spring dresses is always Nordstrom. In my opinion, they’ve got the best selection around and I can always find several options I can’t wait to wear like this stunning Farm Rio Dress (how fun would this be on a beach vacation!?).
I also like to stock up on a more classic dress that can be worn for any occasion like this dress from Reformation. I’m actually hoping to wear this to a wedding coming up this spring! A simple button-down cardigan would also be great to wear with this once it starts to get chilly at night.
Then, of course, I have to include a fun date night dress like this option from Topshop. I think it’s so flattering, plus the small cutout in the front is playful which I love! I tried this on with a pair of flat sandals too and love how casual and relaxed it looked for a more laid-back date night.
Here are a few more dresses I loved but didn’t end up buying in case you’re looking for some fun options this spring!
