Whenever I travel to Aspen in the winter, snow boots are a must. The first few years I went, I made the mistake of wearing normal boots and, trust me, they’re not it. So, through some trial and error, I’ve learned what jeans actually work with snow boots and which don’t.
Cropped wide leg
These work because even though the boots are chunky and the shaft is wider, the jean hem is even wider than the shaft.
Full-length straight leg
Although these aren’t really my vibe (kind of looks like I’m going snowboarding when I wear this look lol), I do think this works, especially if it’s freezing outside and you need a more full-coverage option.
Bootcut/flare
I got these jeans hemmed so I could wear them with heels, but I just wanted to see how it looked with snow boots, and I was pleasantly surprised!
Skinny
The OGs! I knew these would work before I even tried them on because boots + skinny jeans are just an iconic combo. I know skinny jeans have been trendy, then not trendy, and now trendy again…? But I’ve loved them forever!
