There’s something about this J. Crew tan blazer and stripes combo that just screams sophisticated chic to me. Do you agree?! I just LOVE the combo – with jeans or even with black pants too. I absolutely love black, white and camel/tan together!
When putting together my first #BTDFALLBASICS round up a few weeks ago, one of the first things that came to mind was the color ‘camel’. Maybe it’s because of big-name/higher-end names and brands like Ralph Lauren and (more so recently) Vince and Smythe, but there’s just something about this color that screams chilly weather for me. And I absolutely LOVE it – in all forms, but especially when it comes to the camel-colored blazer or trench coat.
Come Fall, I’m always on the lookout for good-looking, camel-colored clothing. And maybe I’ve just had poor luck, but it seems that all the really really good looking stuff is super expensive – especially when it comes to finding just the right color and fit camel coat and blazer.
I’m not finished searching, but for now I’m sporting this J. Crew Regent blazer around. It’s the best option for under $300 and I like the fit of it (although I wish it had a little bit more stretch).
What about you? Can anyone else relate when it comes to #swooning over the color ‘Camel’ in the Fall?!
