I’ve struggled to find the time for my blog this week since my current job (and by job, I mean client/project) is coming to an end and the hours and work are thus getting more intense. And for some reason, when I do have a spare minute, I find myself getting lost in my curiosity and passion for web design. For instance, last night I randomly decided it was a good idea to watch an Adobe tutorial on Dreamweaver at midnight. Like…..what? Who does that? But whatever, I just go with it and let my curiosity wander freely – to a certain extent, of course. The only problem is that this typically means there’s an opportunity cost for the time I spend doing seemingly pointless things such as last night’s (aka super early this morning) activity. Consequently, I didn’t have a blog post ready for BTD. I need to figure out some way to harness my energies and passions and focus them on a controllable number of things/hobbies/tasks, but that’s easier said than done. Especially since I spend all my time staring at numbers and financial statements, so when I finally get to do “ME stuff”, I can’t control myself. (does that make any sense?) Anyway, I’m sure I’m boring you now, so I’ll do you a favor and quit rambling.
And about these photos…don’t judge the fact that they’re selfies. Ok? I know it’s weird. But hey, sometimes there’s noone around to snap a shot, so I get the job done before running off to work, thanks to my handy bathroom (door) mirror.
