This post has been a long time coming but I’m so excited to finally share an update of our bathroom! For those of you who have been following me for at least the past 9 months, you know this bathroom has been a journey.

When we moved into this house at the beginning of this year, I was super pregnant with Four. I was totally in the nesting phase and wanted everything to be ready when he got here. Fast forward 9 months later and we’re just finalizing this bathroom that we started while I was still pregnant.

As I was writing this post, I actually went back and watched some of my stories from when we first started and laughed at myself for saying we were “determined to make it happen in 4 weeks.”

But I can honestly say I learned so much from this process. Looking through all of the marble slabs to figure out what we wanted for our bathroom was maybe my favorite part of the entire process.

I literally look back and just laugh at how crazy this process has been and how perfect God’s timing is throughout all of it. To think that back when we first started, I truly thought we’d be done in 4 weeks. Now, I’m just in awe that it all worked out exactly how it should and I love how everything turned out!

PS – do y’all remember when we came home from the hospital with Four and our bathtub was waiting for us in our front yard? You can’t make this stuff up!
