I love shopping for statement items throughout the holiday season but it’s hard to pull the trigger on an item when you feel like you will only wear it during one season…anyone feel the same? I talk about budgeting and spending wisely all the time on the blog but if the items I am pushing don’t work year round, they are kind of going to waste in your closet and just hogging up space!
I thought this blazer was a perfect example of a fun Holiday staple piece that could also be worn outside of the Holiday season – since it’s not totally screaming festive, you know? But speaking of holiday statement pieces you can wear year-round, I wanted to round a few others for y’all in case you’re looking for some holiday party outfits/details!
Love this top for multiple reasons… First is the fact that it is super lightweight! You can layer a black long sleeve shirt underneath in the winter for warmth or leave the shirt completely unbuttoned in the summer with a simple black cami. Second reason why I love it is because it is a full button front, so for a summer time festival look you can tie it with a fun skirt or boyfriend jeans and in the winter/fall you can tuck into a skirt like it’s showed on the model and add some tights, you’re golden!
Every gal needs a good pair of statement earrings, am I right? I feel like these are perfect for transitioning seasons because you can wear white and sparkles in ANY season. BOOM, done.
I am obsessed with these pants – there is a matching blazer if you’re into the look. Pair these with a blousey cream or fun colored top, easy work outfit. Pair them with a fun cami and jacket for a holiday party, you’re all set. For fall you could pair this with hot pink or hunter green sweater, front tuck it and add some booties! Springtime inspo? – a baby pink blazer would look amazing with these!
Jumpsuits are really just too good to be true. Whole outfit in one item. All you have to think about is shoes & a bag. Depending on the season this one can be SUPER transitional. It’s also under $80…WHAT. For this winter – pair this stunner with a this cropped black faux fur jacket, a pair of nude heels and a black clutch. Summer? – add a straw bag and some strappy heels, easy.
