5 Cute NYC Brunch Spots in Soho
I’m not much of a brunch person when I’m in Dallas, but I love to try new spots while traveling. I spent the past week in NYC and got to try a few spots while there. I wore this dress to brunch at Hundred Acres in Soho last Thursday – how fun is that blue exterior?! I loved it! I wore this little red, floral dress from ASOS and it was the perfect ensemble (light and easy!) since it was a zillion degrees outside. I picked up a few cute summer dresses from there before heading to NYC; I’m always able to find great, affordable, and easy little summer dresses there! Speaking of, I also got this cute little off-the-shoulder gingham dress AND this tie-front navy gingham one (wore it Friday and got 3 compliments!)
5 Cute NYC Brunch Spots in Soho
While in NYC, I stayed at The Nomo Soho and ended up spending a lot of my time in the area. Actually, most of the spots I went (aside from a few meetings) were in walking distance from the hotel, which was so nice and easy. During my stay, I tried a few different fun spots in the neighborhood (aka Soho) and thought it would fun to do a blog post rounding up a few of them. I’d also love to hear if there are any that you’d like to add to the list. I’ve tried most of these personally, but included a few that I’ve got on my list and have heart a lot about.
1. Hundred Acres
This is the spot where these photos were taken – how cute is the outside with the blue-painted windows?! But the inside was just as cute as the outside and the food (and service!) were wonderful too. But here’s what I walked away from my experience thinking about…THE CUCUMBER LEMONADE mocktail. OMG y’all. You HAVE to get this. I cannot wait to go back so I can get this again because it was so refreshing and yummy.
2. Little Prince
Second to Hundred Acres and that famous blue exterior, this spot has got QUITE the curbside appeal with its floor-to-ceiling windows and french bistro vibes. The food was great, but it’s french and I definitely had to have some help ordering since the menu was a little on the fancy side (at least for me!). But the atmosphere was adorable and worth it to me.
3. Cupping Room NYC
I didn’t get to try this spot out on this trip but it’s on my list to try next time! Have you eaten here slash tried it before? Comment below with what you thought or what you got :)
4. Jack’s Wife Frieda
I feel like this place is ALL over Instagram these days; chances are, you’ve seen someone you follow on Instagram posting or talking about it. It’s definitely a happening spot and one worth trying for sure. To be honest, I haven’t actually eaten here, but I feel like I have (ha!). Olivia and I were supposed to go eat here on our trip, but we got distracted and then the line got too long and we didn’t feel like waiting. Oh heads up, this place always has a long line and people are there at like 8:30 ready to go (ha!).
5. Nomo Soho
I’d been to this spot a few times actually and have loved it each time. The atmosphere is SO great; I’m not really sure how to explain it, but it’s like all windows and sort of feels like you’re in an enchanted garden or something? Okay, maybe that’s not the best way to describe it, but it’s beautiful. And they have these chandeliers that are SO pretty. Okay, enough about the decor – how about the food? Good news. The food is awesome! I’ve eaten here 4 times and have had a great experience each time :)
