Striped Skirt + Chambray

So…I actually wore this outfit “out” while I was in Baton Rouge working on a project with my mom last week. I had a super long work day ahead (full of meetings) and it was a friday – so naturally, I wore tennis shoes (I know. unfair. #sorryNOTsorry #PerksOfWorkingForMom).

I ended up working longer than expected and had to rush to dinner (date night!) and the night’s festivities straight from the office. I grabbed a pair of the Scheffy heels (yes, I wear the sample size), took off my puffer vest and wore this little number for the night. It was obviously thrown together, but I LOVE those kinds of looks! They always end up being my favorites 😉
