I never thought I’d say this, but working out has become my therapy — in addition to, ya know, actual therapy. But I actually look forward to my workouts now.

And when it comes to workout clothes, I’ve found several Amazon fitness pieces that I wear constantly. Whether I’m at the gym, going for a run outside, or just running errands, you’ll probably find me in one of these outfits.

In the summer, I pretty much live in tennis dresses or tennis skirts. During the winter months, you’ll find me in leggings, a sports bra, and some sort of cozy sweater most days.

I love Amazon fitness finds because they’re affordable but the quality is still top notch. Don’t get me wrong, I still have my go-to pieces from lululemon and alo, but I’ve found myself grabbing these workout fits more and more often.
